What a depressing yet simultanaeously uplifting image the calm blue of the sky blanketted by the gray covering of clouds is. It’s as though there is a shadow of sadness covering the land, and yet, despite the gray skies, there is the light shining through.
It could serve as a reminder on our worst days. Eventually the gray clouds will part, letting the light break through once more…
