Yes, Vista still sucks

Make a shortcut for command prompt to be run as administrator.
Unlock the secret administrator account.
These two things will save your arse when you get in a bind, and trust me, you will, it’s Windows.
Here I was wondering why everyone was complaining about Vista so much, but it only took two weeks for me to find a serious error. I just bought an Acer 5720Z and somehow over the period of two weeks lost administrator privileges. I had to system restore to two weeks ago just to get them back. I will write in the comments whatever I find did this, but here are two major helpful things you should do on a Vista computer the first day you have it:
